Modified dipstick on my Miata. Rather than spending all that money (what? $9.95?) on a new one, I'll spend money on JB Weld, use an old keychain fob and "TA-DA" a personalized dipstick.

I did this "modification" in April of 2003, and so far (09/06) the engine compartment heat doesn't seem to have affected it. I'll let you know if that changes. It does makes me laugh every time I open the hood!        Back
