Back into the North WoodsI'm now in Canada enjoying a weird spring, it's 80 degrees one day, then 36 hours later. it's snowing. Today, it's 58 and raining....
Polka Boy!The Biergarten is open down at the Rathskeller and Polkaboy once more made it a lively opening night. Polkaboy photos from last year are in the 2006 section.
Hoosier ParkThe Photo Venture Camera Club organizes Saturday day trips to area attractions. These "Sally Saturdays" (named after organizer Sally Wolf) are well attended and offer a chance for "behind the scenes" opportunities.
On March 31, we went to Hoosier Park (http://www.hoosierpark.com/) in Anderson, Indiana. We were allowed access to the barns, the paddock area, and other areas usually off limits to the general public.
Added a Quicktime movie, put some music with the pictures. (Not for the bandwidth challenged.)
Costco #347I worked at Costco for a couple of months. Tu Rabon, the manager, graciously allowed me to take photos. I arrived at 4:00AM for the shoot to show the work of some people the members usually don't see.
